Terms of use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
By creating an account or installing the extension you agree to these terms.
The service
WikiChallenge lets you race other players across Wikipedia. The free plan allows games of up to two players in the Classic mode. Nothing is charged without your explicit purchase.
Premium
Premium is the paid plan, described on the Premium page, at the price shown there, VAT included: monthly without commitment, or yearly, paid upfront. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page: Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid, and is not renewed. There is no prorated refund.
- You have a 14-day withdrawal right from the purchase; write to hello@wikichallenge.org to use it.
- If a renewal payment fails, Premium is suspended until the payment goes through.
- Deleting your account cancels your subscription at once; the current period is not refunded.
- Premium can also be offered through a single-use code, for good or for a stated number of months; such a code cannot be exchanged for money.
Premium subscriptions are sold by Link (Stripe), the merchant of record, which takes the payment, issues the receipts and handles VAT. For any question about Premium, write to hello@wikichallenge.org. The publisher of WikiChallenge is named in the legal notice.
Your account
You need a valid email address and a username — except for the daily challenge, which can be played as a guest, without either; a guest can add an email later and keep their games. Usernames are visible to other players and in public replays. Choose one that does not impersonate someone else or contain offensive content; we may rename or remove accounts that do.
Fair play
The rules of the game are described on the Rules page. Attempts to bypass the extension's checks, to tamper with game data or to abuse the service may lead to the suspension of your account.
Wikipedia
Games are played on wikipedia.org, which is operated by the Wikimedia Foundation under its own terms. WikiChallenge is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Wikimedia Foundation. Please be considerate of Wikipedia's infrastructure.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, without guarantee of availability. We are not liable for lost games or data. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
