Because our publisher account on the Chrome Web Store is new. Chrome's Enhanced Safe Browsing marks an extension as trusted only once its developer account has followed the store's policies for a few months. It says nothing about the extension itself, which passed the store's review. People who do not use Enhanced Safe Browsing never see the screen. Click "Continue to install"; the notice will disappear on its own as the account gets older.
